• Communication: Messages sent to coaches or customer support

• Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time stamps, referral source
• Location Data: General location (not precise GPS) based on IP address

5. VIDEO CONTENT & SOCIAL SHARING - OPT-IN REQUIRED

• Videos are only analyzed internally for swing coaching purposes
• Videos are NOT shared publicly in any form without your explicit opt-in consent
• If you choose to opt-in to share to YouTube or TikTok, you grant explicit permission to upload your content
• You must provide written consent each time before any video is uploaded to social media
• You can delete videos anytime through your account dashboard
• Deleted videos are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days
• Videos posted to social media platforms are your responsibility to delete (you must delete them directly from YouTube or TikTok)

6. DATA RETENTION

• Account data: Retained while account is active
• Video data: Retained until you delete it or account is deleted
• Usage data: Retained for 90 days for analytics
• Upon account deletion: All personal data and videos are permanently deleted within 30 days

7. SECURITY

• All data transmitted via HTTPS/SSL encryption
• Passwords hashed with industry-standard algorithms
• Video files encrypted in transit and at rest
• Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
• Access restricted to authorized personnel only
• We cannot guarantee absolute security; use at your own risk

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may share data with:

• YouTube: Only if you explicitly opt-in to share videos to your YouTube account
• TikTok: Only if you explicitly opt-in to share videos to your TikTok account
• Payment processors: For payment processing only

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
