1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using GGW Academy (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

GGW Academy is a golf swing instruction platform. Users submit golf swing videos and photos, receive swing analysis with 3D avatar feedback, coaching corrections, and can share results to YouTube and TikTok.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Updating your information as needed

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. USER CONTENT

When you submit videos, images, or other content:

• You grant GGW Academy a license to use it for swing analysis and coaching
• You warrant that you own or have permission to use the content
• You retain ownership of your content
• You can delete content anytime
• Deleted content is removed from our servers within 30 days

5. SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING - OPT-IN REQUIRED

Social media sharing is completely optional. You must explicitly opt-in each time before we upload videos to YouTube or TikTok. Specifically:

• We will NOT upload any videos without your explicit written consent
• You may opt-in to share to YouTube, TikTok, or both
• Videos will be posted directly to YOUR personal account (you retain full ownership)
• You represent that you own or have rights to the content
• You are solely responsible for compliance with YouTube and TikTok terms
• GGW Academy is not responsible for third-party platform policies
• You may delete videos from social media platforms anytime (you handle deletion)

6. COACHING & SWING ANALYSIS DISCLAIMER

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER:

• Swing analysis is for educational purposes only
• Feedback is not a substitute for professional coaching
• Always practice under supervision and follow safety guidelines
• GGW Academy is not liable for injuries resulting from swing practice
• Consult a professional golf instructor for personalized coaching
• Follow all golf course safety rules and etiquette

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GGW Academy is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential)
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid GGW Academy

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGW Academy, its officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your content.

9. PAYMENT & REFUNDS

• Fees are charged upfront for premium services
• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase for unused services
• No refunds for analysis already performed
• Payment info is processed by secure third-party processors

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms
• Engage in illegal or harmful behavior
• Harass other users or coaches
• Attempt unauthorized access

11. MODIFICATIONS

GGW Academy may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
